This 1927 Craftsman had lost all of it’s charm through a few bad renovations in the 60’s and 80’s- and these renovations weren’t just cosmetic! The previous owners made major changes to the layout of the home, such as relocating the kitchen to the South side of the house because they wanted to have a bedroom on the North side of the house.

This home saw a full renovation from top to bottom with changes to the entire floor plan to create an open and inviting home. Finishes were kept contemporary with a node to the Craftsman design style.
