Songbird is a 119-unit apartment building located in Seattle’s central district. The building features a mix of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units designed to feel spacious and bright.

Amenity spaces for the building are spread throughout, including a fitness room, courtyard space, work lounge space and roof deck. The work lounge space was carefully segmented to allow for smaller gathering zones so that multiple groups of people would feel comfortable sharing the large space.

Textural materials and soft earth tones bring warmth to the space.
