interior design

Sora is a 54-unit project in Seattle’s University District providing efficiently planned luxury studios. The multi-family building is an ideal apartment location for students attending the University of Washington.

The interior design of the building was kept bright and playful using pops of orange to tie in with the branding colors of the building. The multi-purpose lobby serves as additional touch-down study space and shared gathering space.

DESIGN CHALLENGE

Designing compact spaces requires a careful attention to how the space will be used by a potential tenant. Careful thought was given to the design of the kitchens working to maximize storage space while also providing unique design features such as the open steel shelf in both the kitchen and bathroom.
